One year on from Ireland' s inaugural examination before the United Nations (UN) Committee against Torture, the Irish Council for Civil Liberties (ICCL) is delighted to announce that Ms. Felice Gaer, Vice-Chair of the UN Committee against Torture,* will join us to speak about the work of the Committee.
